I’ve been feeling really grateful for the way the Vulnerability, Introspection & Growth podcast has been evolving. When Stephen Leggett and I first started it, we were simply two people curious about what it means to be human — leaning into the messy bits, the tender bits, the hopeful bits. Life then took Stephen in a different direction, and rather than closing the door, I felt a gentle nudge to keep going… to keep inviting conversations that matter.
