What will our work together look like?
I offer a gentle, empowering way to explore your wellbeing – one that honours your body’s natural wisdom and guides you back to yourself. Through my W·I·L·D® approach, we work together using Meta Consciousness® and energy-based tools like EFT (‘tapping’) to gently uncover what might be sitting beneath your symptoms – whether they’re physical, emotional, or thought-based.
This isn’t about ‘fixing’ you. It’s about listening deeply, making sense of what your body’s been trying to tell you, and allowing healing to unfold from the inside out – in your own time, your own way.
What exactly is Meta Consciousness®?
Meta Consciousness® is a gentle yet powerful way of tuning into the deeper layers of awareness within us. It’s about stepping back from everyday thoughts and feelings to connect with the wise, intuitive part of ourselves that senses beyond the surface.
At its heart, it’s about exploring and decoding our symptoms—unpacking the bio-logical wisdom of our body to gain a deeper, more comprehensive understanding of what it’s asking for. This process helps us discover how we might provide what’s truly needed to create a greater sense of safety, balance, and harmony.
Through Meta Consciousness®, you can begin to understand the root causes of imbalances—whether physical, emotional, or cognitive—and invite your body’s natural wisdom to gently guide your healing journey.
It’s not about forcing change or fixing problems, but about listening deeply, discovering new perspectives, and allowing wellbeing to emerge from within, in your own unique way.
Can I work with you alongside medical treatment?
Yes, absolutely. The work I offer is designed to complement, not replace, any medical care you may be receiving.
Many of the people I support are also working with doctors, consultants, or other healthcare professionals. What I offer through the W·I·L·D® approach is a space to explore the emotional and energetic side of what you’re experiencing – to look at the root causes of dis-ease, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and support healing from within.
I believe in working with the body, not against it – and the same goes for working with medicine, where it’s helpful and appropriate. My aim is to gently empower you with insight, self-understanding, and practical tools, so you can feel more in tune, more at peace, and more like you – whatever your current health journey looks like.
What should I bring or prepare?
Just bring yourself, as you are. There’s nothing formal you need to do beforehand – no pressure, no expectations. Some people like to have a notebook handy to jot down insights or reflections during or after a session.
I also invite you to write your timeline – a simple, powerful process which helps map out key events, patterns, symptoms, and emotional experiences in your life. This can be done before we start working together, or if you prefer, we can explore it as part of our work together. It’s a tool for your benefit, and it also helps me gain a deeper understanding of your situation, history, and symptoms.

Are sessions online or in person?
Both are possible. I offer sessions via Zoom or in person (depending on location and availability). We can chat about what suits you best – it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported.
How long is a session?
Most sessions last up to 90 minutes, though it depends on what we’re exploring. Some people come for a one-off deep dive, others prefer regular ongoing support. We’ll find the rhythm that’s right for you.
Is everything confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Your privacy is sacred. Whatever you share stays between us. This is a space of trust, respect and compassion.
Will it be emotional?
It might be. We’re working with deep parts of your story, and sometimes this brings things to the surface. But know this: emotions are welcome. They’re part of the healing, not a sign that anything is wrong.
Also a big part of our work together is about creating a space of safety and trust, while also developing your self-care toolkit and emotional vocabulary. This is about getting to a place where emotions no longer feel scary — instead, they’ll become valuable sources of information and guidance. You’ll be building your practice of navigating emotions with confidence and compassion, so that when you’re ready, you’ll be able to spread your wings and live the life you were born to live.
What if I don’t understand something?
Please ask 😊 I’ll always explain things in a clear and grounded way, whether we’re exploring trauma responses, the bio-logical nature of our body, or the wisdom behind symptoms. You don’t need any prior knowledge – just curiosity and the freedom to say, “Wait, would you explain that again?”
How soon will I feel a difference?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people notice shifts right away, others feel more subtle changes over time. Healing isn’t always linear, but I’ll be right beside you as things unfold. There’s no rush – we’re listening deeply and honouring your pace.
What if I need to reschedule?
That’s totally fine. Life happens! I simply ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can free the space for someone else who may need it. We’ll find another time that works for you.
I’m nervous – is that normal?
Yes, completely. Choosing this kind of support can feel like a big step. But I promise, you’ll be met with warmth, gentleness and deep respect. This is your space, and you’ll never be pushed or judged.
