I’m delighted to share that my latest article has been published in the March 2026 edition of Vitality Digest.
The piece is titled “The Health Habit That Actually Fits Real Life.”
In it, I explore something which sits right at the heart of my work: the idea that wellbeing isn’t created through rigid routines or trying to optimise every aspect of our lives. Instead, real, sustainable health often begins with something much simpler: learning to listen to our bodies.
For many of us, we’ve been taught to override tiredness, push through symptoms, or discipline ourselves into doing the ‘right’ things. Yet our bodies are constantly communicating with us. When we pause long enough to notice what they are asking for – safety, rest, movement, nourishment, space – a very different relationship with wellbeing becomes possible.
Rather than treating the body like a project to be managed, we begin to build a relationship with it.
This listening-led approach is central to my W·I·L·D® work, where wellbeing becomes less about control and more about curiosity, compassion, and learning to Dance with life as it unfolds.
I also explore these themes more deeply in my book, Take a Walk on the W·I·L·D® Side, which invites readers to approach wellbeing with kindness, attention, and trust in the body’s own wisdom.
