Disclaimer

Here’s what you can expect from working with me:

  • Clarity about your current condition
  • Support in addressing past influences
  • Helping you set goals and find resources to meet them

Your wellbeing is always your own beautiful inner work. For our collaboration to be successful, I ask for:

  • Commitment to your scheduled sessions
  • Giving 48 hours’ notice if you need to postpone or cancel, whenever possible
  • Following through on any tasks or practices between sessions
  • Honest sharing about any changes in your physical or emotional state

Please remember:

I will never advise you to ignore medical advice, and may encourage you to seek it if needed.

No therapy can guarantee a “cure.”

Complementary therapies support, but do not replace, medical advice. Your GP remains your primary caregiver.

A Note on Complementary Therapies

The therapies I offer are gentle, supportive, and suitable for many situations. However, if you or your animal become unwell or experience unexplained behaviour changes, please always seek medical advice first.

Please note that I do not:

  • Diagnose illnesses
  • Prescribe medication
  • Promise specific outcomes or cures
